Wabasha Man Injured in Crash

Chester Julin, a 56-year-old Wabasha man sustained non-life-threatening injuries as the result of a one-vehicle-crash Wednesday morning.
Julin was southbound on Highway 61 near Pepin Township when he lost control of his vehicle and went into the ditch. The Minnesota State Patrol said icy conditions played a role in the crash.
Julin was taken to St. Elizabeth’s hospital for treatment for his injuries. Julin was buckled and alcohol did not play a factor in the crash.
