Customer Service Representative

This role will provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally and collaborate with multiple internal departments in order to meet the needs of the customer.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, order management, problem solving, developing customer relationships, monitoring order status, attending daily product meetings, as well as other administrative duties.

Candidates must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and be able to learn new systems quickly. Should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to work well with a wide variety of people, and be able to multi-task. Should be highly organized, reliable, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Past customer service or administrative experience is required.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Pay rate is $14-$15/hr.
