(KWNO) The Winona Public Library is in phase 1 of its reopening plan.
Under phase 1, materials are available for curbside pickup, hours are reduced, staff are available over the phone and online and returned materials are quarantined for 72 hours before becoming available to patrons again.
Phase 2 allows for computer use by appointment, allows walk-ins and requires masks. The building will re-open for browsing with modifications under phase 3 and runs under near-normal circumstances under phase 4.
The library says they will move the dial based on recommendations from the city’s COVID-19 Response Team. More information is available on the library’s website.
