To help combat these tragedies, Rail Safety Week 2019 will be observed in the U.S. Sept. 22-28. Operation Lifesaver, Inc. (OLI), will partner with several organizations to raise awareness for rail safety education in Minnesota.
MNOL, special rail police officers and Randy Skarlupka from Miller Ingenuity will be at locations around Winona On Wednesday to share rail safety information and goodies.
They will be at Kwik Trip on Sarnia & Huff 10:30-11:30 a.m., on the WSU main campus noon-2:00 p.m., Kwik Trip on Broadway & Mankato 2:30-3:30 p.m., and Winona Walmart 3:30-4:30 p.m. MNOL is grateful to WSU, Kwik Trip, Walmart, Winona Hy-Vee and Miller Ingenuity for their invaluable support.
