After a slow start, old man winter is continuing to wreak havoc on the Winona area, ready again to deliver heavy snow.
The National Weather Service is forecasting heavy snow Monday night through Tuesday. As of Sunday afternoon, the NWS is predicting 6-10 inches of snow for the Winona area.
Along with the snow, the NWS says travel conditions could quickly deteriorate. There is also a possibility of blowing and drifting snow making travel conditions dangerous.
