The “born alive” anti-abortion bill passed the Wisconsin Assembly Wednesday.
The bill requires doctors to care for babies that survive abortions or face prison time. The was one of four anti-abortion bills to hit the floor of the Assembly.
The bill does not have a vote scheduled in the Senate. Governor Tony Evers has vowed to veto any anti-abortion bill that makes it to his desk.
