Highway 60 near Highway 61 in Wabasha has reopened after the water receded from the road.
The formerly closed stretch of Highway 60 just north of Highway 61 travels under a railroad bridge. Crews removed the barricades on Monday.
The only remaining road among MnDOT’s southeast Minnesota highways still closed by flood waters is Highway 74 between Beaver and Weaver in Winona and Wabasha counties. It’s MnDOT’s only gravel road.
