Brenden Thatcher, a 55-year-old Winona man, and Nicole Klink, a 31-year-old Winona woman, were arrested and face felony drug charges following a traffic stop in Winona Saturday.

Winona police say an officer stopped the two near 4th and Vine streets for not stopping and not using a turn signal. The officer smelled marijuana and Klink said she smoked marijuana before she got in the vehicle.

Citing the marijuana odor, police searched the vehicle and found 0.06 grams of meth and 30 units of a substance believed to be heroin in a syringe.
